Work Bench Making Course for Home Woodworkers

The home woodworker's work bench is the most important piece of equipment in the workshop. It must be the right size and height for each individual and optimise the available space, which is usually an area 6M x 3M. The footprint of a bench is normally about 2M x .75M and is located against a wall, which drastically reduces the work space by 50%. The solution is to make the bench easily manoeuvrable and accessible from both sides. This bench has been designed for the serious and dedicated home woodworker.
This design of bench starts with the Kreg Universal Bench System which comes in a variety of sizes and is easily bolted together. On this two day One-to-One intensive course you will make the bench top and install all of the accessories, including a professional router table and fence system, the pocket hole jig and Klamp Trak system with Automaxx clamps and a front mounted bench Klamp Vise. Under the bench you can either make fitted shelves, cupboard or drawer.
This course is normally run mid week so please call to arrange a convenient date.
